While travelling around the blogosphere I've seen several posts about Ray Nagin and his "shock" that Bush knew about the impending failure of the levee. Shock??? Everyone knew of the impending disaster. It was a CAT 5 storm heading towards a city only capable of withstanding a CAT 3. WHO DIDN'T KNOW THIS????
Yet Nagin is "shocked". I seem to recall Bush on TV the day before the storm telling people to GET OUT. Why is this video some new "shocking" evidence.
What will be "shocking" is if New Orleans votes to keep this guy in office. From his chocolate city comment to his failure to admit ANY wrongdoing post-Katrina...this guy is hands-down the most incompetent politician in America.

While they keep harping about how "Bush knew ..." most media outlets fail to mention that Louisiana's own Governor was denying the levee breaches
