Hmmm...seems like we have a recurring theme. Yet, it's the Republicans who have ethical issues.

There are certainly sinners in both camps. I don't think you want to start defending Republicans based on one bad Dem. I could be wrong, but I'd bet there have been more big name Republicans facing legal problems this last couple of years than Dems (Fletcher, Ney, Alaska's Governor, Foley, Abramoff, Delay, Frist, Cunningham, Noe... am I missing others?).
The Dems have their problems and it's still true that power corrupts, but it seems that the Republicans have an especially bad culture of corruption problem. They ARE having troubles with ethical issues.
